As a former Database Manager at the Lagos State Lands Bureau, he sat inside the very system that decides whether a title is real, a survey is valid, and a piece of land is free of government acquisition. He saw, from the inside, exactly where Lagos property deals go wrong, and exactly what it takes to get them right.
In 2015, he took that insider knowledge and built something for the people on the outside of that system: Central Plus Property & Homes. For over a decade as CEO/Managing Director, he’s led a team that treats documentation and title verification not as paperwork, but as the difference between a family’s investment and a family’s regret.
He holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Lagos and a B.Sc (Ed) in Political Science from Tai Solarin University of Education, a foundation in governance and public systems that shows up in how deliberately Central Plus approaches every transaction.
Today, he leads Central Plus’s mission to help individuals, families, investors, developers, and Nigerians in the diaspora buy, sell, document, and protect property in Lagos, with the same rigor he once brought to the Lands Bureau, now working for you instead of for the file cabinet.
